Andrew, Jye & Co was founded in 2012 by Andrew Ang — admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 8 October 2012. He began with no privilege, no inherited client base, and no shortcuts. Only a willingness to build something from scratch, and a belief that a law firm could be a place where people genuinely want to work and grow.

Jay brings over 15 years of legal experience and leads AJC’s sales strategy and lawyer training. Known for his commitment, readiness, and depth of his Mandarin-speaking network across Malaysia.
